Each item that you order is specifically made for you, and that takes a little extra attention to detail on our end. Once we get create your item and get it processed, you can expect it to arrive within the shipping periods in the table below. 98% of our orders are shipped in under 2-3 business days or less, but sometimes we can get a little busy with orders! Keep in mind that if you order something with prioritized shipping, we put those orders to the top of the list so we can get them out quickly.

How long will my order take to ship?
Your order will generally be shipped within 2-5 business days. It takes us some time to create your product and then get it processed for shipment. Rest assured we will try to get your order to you as quick as we possibly can.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
FedEx does not ship to US based PO boxes, but will ship to some international ones. We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if a US based PO box was entered.
How do I know my order has shipped?
We understand that you are stoked on your new purchase, and we are too! We want to get your items to you as quickly and as safely as we can, and we will try our best to get them to you in a timely manner. Keep in mind we are a small team and we only have so much time in our day! You'll know your order has shipped as soon as you get an email with shipping and tracking information, then it's up to your local delivery service to get them to you! In the United States our main carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
What happens if my items get lost/damaged in the mail?
We realize that sometimes people make mistakes and that stuff happens. The first thing you should do is let us know, and if damaged, send us a photo of the box/item. Also please contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number to see if they can locate your package. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, then we will launch an inquiry from our end as well. Keep in mind every case is different, and we will do our best to get our goods into your hands.
What happens if my order is incorrect?
We strive for perfection, but sometimes we make mistakes too. If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent your way. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Do I pay shipping to return my order?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and/or the return is due to nothing in fault on our end, you will be responsible for paying for shipping to get it back to us.
Do you ship internationally?
You'd better believe it. While it does take a little longer than domestic shipping in the U.S., we will be able to get your goods to you. Keep in mind that if you are outside of the U.S. there may be taxation fees to get goods into your country, and you will be responsible for payment of all incoming item fees.
